Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Time — United States
- Free shipping on all US orders, no minimum required.
- Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days after processing, depending on your location.
Shipping Time — International
- We ship worldwide.
- Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing — typically longer than US delivery estimates.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after it's first issued.
Delays Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing (international orders), weather, or high-demand periods. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll look into it.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, email help@manulex.co as soon as possible — we can only make changes before the order ships.
Lost or Missing Packages If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors/household members and your local carrier first. If it's still missing after 48 hours, contact help@manulex.co with your order number and we'll help resolve it.
