60-Day Money-Back Guarantee We stand behind Manulex Rose. If it doesn't work for your hands, you have 60 days from the delivery date to request a full refund — even if you've tried it.

What's Covered

  • Any Manulex Rose purchase made directly on manulex.co
  • Opened, used, or unopened product — we want you to actually try it before deciding
  • One refund per order, requested within 60 days of delivery

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email help@manulex.co with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We'll confirm your eligibility and send return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Ship the product back to the address we provide.
  4. Once we receive it, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

No need to send photos or justify your decision in detail — "it didn't work for my hands" is a valid reason.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Product didn't work for you / changed your mind: you're responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Wrong item, damaged in transit, or defective on arrival: we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer. Contact help@manulex.co with your order number and a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive your return, plus your bank/card issuer's posting time (typically 3–5 additional business days).
  • You'll get an email confirmation once your refund is issued.

Exchanges We don't run automatic size/variant exchanges since Manulex Rose is currently a single SKU. If you received the wrong item, contact help@manulex.co and we'll send the correct one at no extra cost.

International Orders Return shipping costs and delivery times for returns from outside the US may vary. Contact help@manulex.co before shipping anything back — we'll confirm the process and any customs considerations for your country.
